Terms of Use & Business Listing Terms
These terms explain how B2BKhalifa business listings work, what the listing and update service includes, and the responsibilities of businesses using the platform.
1. Acceptance of These Terms
By accessing B2BKhalifa.com, submitting a business for listing, requesting an update, making a payment, or otherwise using the platform, you agree to these Terms of Use and Business Listing Terms.
If you are submitting information on behalf of a company or business, you confirm that you are authorized to provide or request changes to that business information.
2. Nature of the B2BKhalifa Service
B2BKhalifa is a business discovery directory designed to help visitors find companies and contact them directly using business information displayed on listing pages.
A listing may include information such as the business name, business type, products or services, category, city/state, direct phone number, WhatsApp number, email address, website, business address, logo and other relevant business details.
3. One-Time Listing & Update Fee
The standard service fee is ₹2,499 for either:
- creating a new business listing on B2BKhalifa; or
- starting a new paid update cycle for an existing business listing.
The fee is charged for the listing or update service itself. It is not a subscription, lead fee, commission or payment for any guaranteed business result.
4. 30-Day Complimentary Update Window
During this period, the business may request changes to information such as:
- phone or mobile number;
- email address;
- business address or location;
- website or WhatsApp details;
- products, services or categories;
- company description;
- logo or business images; and
- other relevant listing information.
After the 30-day period
Once the applicable 30-day update window has ended, any new request to change the listing will require a new one-time update payment of ₹2,499. The new payment starts a fresh 30-day update window for that listing.
Existing historical listings
Businesses that already have a listing on B2BKhalifa but do not have an active 30-day update window must use the paid update service before requesting changes to their listing.
5. Information Included in a Listing
B2BKhalifa may organize, format, edit or rewrite submitted or publicly available business information to improve readability, consistency, searchability and user experience, while keeping the meaning of the information materially accurate.
Where appropriate, B2BKhalifa may also categorize a listing by business type, product category, industry and location.
6. Accuracy & Business Responsibility
The business owner or person requesting the listing/update is responsible for ensuring that all submitted information is accurate, current, lawful and authorized for public display.
B2BKhalifa may review information against business websites, public business sources or other available information, but it does not guarantee that every listing remains current at all times.
Businesses should request an update whenever important information changes.
7. Claiming or Updating an Existing Business Listing
B2BKhalifa may ask for reasonable proof that a person requesting changes is connected with or authorized by the business concerned.
Where ownership or authority is disputed, B2BKhalifa may temporarily delay an update until sufficient verification is available.
8. Search Visibility, Leads & Business Results
B2BKhalifa does not guarantee:
- Google or other search-engine rankings;
- a specific number of visitors, enquiries, calls, WhatsApp messages or emails;
- sales, orders, appointments, contracts or partnerships;
- continuous indexing of a listing by third-party search engines; or
- any specific position within B2BKhalifa search results or category pages.
The service is intended to make business information discoverable and enable direct contact. Actual business outcomes depend on factors outside B2BKhalifa’s control.
9. Payments & Refunds
Payments are made for the processing, creation or updating of a business listing.
Once a requested listing or update has been processed or published, the applicable service fee is non-refundable, except where required by law or where B2BKhalifa confirms a duplicate or erroneous payment.
If B2BKhalifa declines a paid listing request before the listing/update work has started, the payment may be refunded or otherwise resolved with the payer.
10. Prohibited Listings & Content
B2BKhalifa may reject, edit, suspend or remove content that it reasonably considers to be:
- false, deceptive, fraudulent or materially misleading;
- illegal or promoting unlawful activity;
- infringing intellectual-property or third-party rights;
- impersonating another business or person;
- containing private or personal data not intended for public business use;
- spam, keyword stuffing or irrelevant promotional content; or
- harmful to the security, integrity or usability of the platform.
11. Direct Contact Between Visitors & Businesses
Visitors may use the publicly displayed contact information to communicate directly with a listed business.
B2BKhalifa is not a party to communications, quotations, payments, contracts, supply arrangements, product claims or disputes that arise between visitors and listed businesses.
Visitors should independently verify a business, its products, commercial terms and documents before entering into a transaction.
12. Third-Party Websites & Contact Channels
Listings may link to third-party websites, email addresses, phone numbers, WhatsApp accounts, social profiles or other external services.
B2BKhalifa does not control those external services and is not responsible for their availability, content, privacy practices or security.
13. Listing Suspension, Correction or Removal
B2BKhalifa may correct, restrict, suspend or remove a listing where necessary to protect users, comply with law, address a credible rights complaint, resolve impersonation or ownership concerns, or enforce these terms.
Removal of a listing due to a breach of these terms does not automatically create a right to a refund.
14. Platform Availability
B2BKhalifa may update, redesign, maintain, suspend or modify parts of the website from time to time. Continuous or uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.
15. Changes to These Terms
These terms may be updated when the platform, service model, pricing, legal requirements or business processes change. The version displayed on B2BKhalifa at the time of use will apply to that use or transaction, unless otherwise stated.
16. Platform Operator
