Marvel Vinyls Limited, the largest manufacturer of Artificial and Synthetic Leather, PVC Flooring and PVC Sheets was established in the year 1985. Marvel started manufacturing PVC Sheets and Films in its newly acquired manufacturing facility in Sahibabad (U.P) and expanded its infrastructure geographically in Madhya Pradesh as well as vertically by diversifying further into Vinyl Flooring, PVC Synthetic Leather, Technical Coated Textiles and Knitted Industrial Fabrics over the years.

Our more than 3 decades into Manufacturing has been very eventful, with Marvel achieving above average year on year growth and emerging as one of the largest PVC converters in India, with the current capacity standing tall at 3900 MT/Month.

The group is actively seeking capacity expansion and aims to bring capacity up to 5000 MT by FY 2016.

Marvel Vinyls Ltd. have state-of-the-art infrastructural set-up which helps us in offering superior range of PVC based products to our clients. Presently, we are operating six Calendaring lines, 3 transfer coating lines, multiple loom knitting machines,a composite tile Plant, foaming line and other related machineries. The manufacturing facilities are based at three locations in India. Our offices and dealers network is widespread across the country which enables us in prompt services.

Our company is managed and staffed by well qualified technical professionals acquiring years of experience in manufacturing and marketing of Calendared Flexible Vinyl products. They are well conversant with the products and possesses including R&D, which further helps in development of new products as well as in improving the features of existing ones.

We are committed to manufacture and supply the superior quality Artificial leather, PVC flooring, PVC sheets and films and other associated products to a large number of clients in the domestic and overseas markets. In order to manufacture our products as per international standards, we have been approved by BSEN 649, ASTM F1303, 6BS 2782, RDSO- C-8515 Rev.2 & IS-3462/1986 certifications.

Apart from this, all the products, we manufacture also undergo well defined quality checks at each manufacturing stage, so that we provide a flawless range of end products to our customers. Our products are fit under Vinyl test inspection conditions Made as per international standards.
